I’m Aron Chafin, an engineer, troubleshooter, and problem solver.

Nearly 50 years of experience in manufacturing, logistics, business, management, inventory and production system analysis. I am a US Army veteran; I jumped out of planes and learned to protect my family and country.

Life experience has included the Dept of the Navy – Industrial Engineer, Aircraft Navcom production – Metrology Lab Manager, machine tool companies both as plant engineer and project manager (1 – 5 million dollars) ; ISO 9000 quality auditor and systems developer and business owner; Experience in the food industry, RV industry, automotive, waste water systems and marine. Experience with most of the “new” error detection and process management systems such as Six Sigma, TQM, Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, PDCA, and BPM.

I bring a wealth of experience, vision, practical application and knowledge to get your business back on track.

I do a one hour walk-through with your management team. I’ll share my thoughts and observations. Then we both decide if we are a fit.
